This is a typical page, and this is a normal paragraph style. Everything within a <p> tag in your code looks just like this. You can break this text on to the next line without big gaps using a
<br>
tag
for
things like address and stuff
- This is what an unordered list looks like
- You can use this if theres a list of things you'd like to outline or describe
- It looks a lot like a normal paragraph
A link in the middle of a paragraph looks like this. This is a much better way to link to a different section than writing something and then saying "click here." Keep it intuitive!
Next up we have an ordered list. By the way, this is what bold and italic text look like.
- First off, make sure you're using the correct template! There are two to choose from, this and the portal page.
- Then you should change the header image. That's what people know where they are.
- Make sure you edit the image's alt tag as well. That will keep this site searchable by Google and whatnot.
- Start typing! Fill in that content!
- Go back and add p, h1, h2, strong, em tags etc.
This is what an <H1> looks like
This is an <H2>
<H3> looks just like this!
At the beginning of the portal pages, or even on these pages you can use <blockquote> around a body of text to make it look like this. It's currently being used as header text for the portals, but would be a great way to pull a passage from text and add that extra emphasis you're looking for.
